Who doesn't like a good story? And, country music lends itself so well to story-songs. So, on the show tomorrow, I'll be featuring story-songs. Some happy ones, some sad ones, and lots of in between. There's a top ten list of songs according to One Country, so I'll be playing those, along with the commentary that's included with each song. There's still time to get in your favorite story-song request too, so tweet me @Country_Oasis, or send me an email and I'll get it into the playlist.

Sara Hillis back to tell you that we've got a great bunch of music for you tonight on Come by the Hills, Mushroom FM's premier (and one and only) Folk and Celtic music show. It's so great that I can't even tell you yet precisely what I'll be playing, except that we do have another teaser tune from Joni Mitchell's upcoming first box set of archives for you. She recorded this one for her Mom's birthday in 1965, and if you've read this carefully, you'll already know what it is. Suffice to say that it's one of my favourite Joni tunes ever!
