Seriously, thanks so much to Gary G. for stepping in at the last minute yesterday to cover Sara Smiles! He'll be with you again today as I will be busy getting things sorted at the apartment after the pest treatment we had. We decided to stay away for the night just to be safe for us and the dog, and will be having fun today getting everything put back or at least moved so we ourselves can move around more freely.

All being well, I should be back with you for Wednesday's show, but in the meantime, Gary will keep you company.

Hi all,

This is just to let you know that Sara Smiles will not be heard on Monday. Life is a little chaotic just now around this house, and tomorrow promises to be very busy. I hope to return as usual on Tuesday, but will keep you posted as things progress. We are attempting to get rid of a roach infestation in our apartment, and it's going to involve some people coming with very serious chemicals which will require us to be out of the place while they do their thing.

Don't forget to tune in Sunday night 11 PM US eastern.
I've got some dude called Daniel that wants to have his 2 cents worth in the beginning of the show, and As usual, I'll be bringing you the best music from the 4 dekades that you love, and talking about all sorts of things.
Make sure you are listning at the top of the seckond hour, where you will here Something South African.

No, it's not a Celtic version of The Rocky Horror Picture Show, it's a rerun of last year's Hallowe'en special. This was not what I intended to do this week, but we are forced out of our comfort zone here on the seventh floor by a domestic crisis of epic proportions. Yes, we have roaches, and we have to basically dismantle our entire lives today in preparation for when the bug people come tomorrow, and as I have no idea how long this dismantling and cleaning will take, I thought I'd play it safe and offer you last year's folky thrills and chills from October 27, 2019.

This week on Deep Dive we enjoy the talents of singer, actress and activist Olivia Newton-John. We become hopelessly devoted, wonder if not for you, and learn about summer love.

The Juke In The Back” focuses on the “soul that came before rock n’ roll,” the records that inspired Elvis, Buddy Holly, The Beatles, The Rolling Stones and countless others.

It's that time of year again, when some of our listeners are falling back with the end of Daylight Saving. This applies to the UK, Ireland and some other countries.

Mushroom FM keeps US Eastern time, and the clocks there do not go back until next weekend. This means that for one week only, all Mushroom FM shows will be an hour earlier than you usually hear them. Affter you've enjoyed Mosen At Large, Mushroom FM's premier tech magazine and opinion show, tomorrow afternoon from 02:00 to 05:00, during which I hope all your questions get answered and all your opinions get aired, don't touch that dial, device, PC, Mac or smart speaker and join me in The Early Years where and when you'll enjoy the best music from Rock and Roll's Golden Age (its first quarter century) with an occasional nod to other decades and genres.

This Saturday night, the Snowman takes a good, long look at the telephone, and how it has evolved over the course of our lifetimes. And, we find out how the Snowman's early medical career got derailed, and how his fledgling desire to be a doctor got mercifully redirected. That, and so much more. Plus, we'll groove to great music by Rod Stewart, Chicago, Sheryl Crow, Guess Who, Jim Croce, and heaps more fantastic music from the 60's through the 80's. You can't beat it! It's a party you don't wanna miss, so don't. You can help celebrate show number 1 of the second three hundred shows.
