I had a wonderful time creating the playlists and recording The Song Remembers When this week, as I celebrate my mom, Judy, and my wonderful mother-in-law, Karen. We will hear songs from the sixties my mom introduced me to, Beatle and Paul McCartney songs to honor my mother-in-law's love for Sir Paul, and even a small tribute to the second person to make me a mom, our daughter, Oriana, who was born 13 years ago on May 15. You'll also hear some great comedy clips and songs, along with a small tribute to mothers who are no longer with us, or anyone searching for answers in their lives.

Greetings and salutations! Sara Hillis here, just popping round to say that it'll soon be time for another epic episode of Come by the Hills, the Folk and Celtic music show on Mushroom FM. Once again, I've got three hours of fantastic musical selections for you, and finally, after a bit of a break, there will be a "Me Music" feature in the first hour of the show.

After you've enjoyed Come By The Hills with Sara Hillis, tomorrow afternoon from 02:00 PM to 05:00 PM, don't touch that dial, device, PC, Mac or smart speaker and join me for The Early Years where and when you'll hear the best music from the first half of the Rock and Roll era with nods to other decades and genres.
Only one song from a decade other than the 60s this week.

Hello! I had hoped to share this episode on MixCloud, but due to the fact that this Gordon Lightfoot tribute seemingly has too many tracks by the same artist--gee, I wonder why?--it was restricted due to licensing. So, I'm passing along this Dropbox link. I'm doing it publicly because of the special nature of this episode.
