Think of me struggling out of bed at 4:30 AM! 4:30 AM I tell you, to be ready to present another Mosen Explosion at 6 AM my time on a very cold morning. Sympathy? Na, I don’t deserve any of that, because it’s the highlight of my week catching up with listeners old and new, getting tweets, emails, voice messages and phone calls, as well as playing some of the greatest music ever made. I mean who could seriously ask for more than that on a Monday.
It’s been a while since we’ve had a featured artist on the show, and this week, it’s Leo Sayer, who has a string of great hits in the 70s and 80s and is blowing out 69 candles. Any Leo requests? Let me have them and I’ll get them on the show for you.
I’ll also be announcing the extended coverage of the 50th anniversary remix of Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band we’ll be bringing you here on the home of the fun guys. If you have even a remote interest in The Beatles, you’ll not want to miss what we have in store.
Bonnie will be here with her bulletin, we’ll look back at this day in history, and so much more.
We’re in for four hours of fun, which will be even more fun if you choose to be a part of it. I hope you’ll join me, right after Darren and ahead of Steve, for The Mosen Explosion, on Mushroom FM.
