It’s bedtime on Bonair—Saturday evening 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. on mushroomfm.com and in all your fav music apps. Studies tell us we are more sleep deprived now than ever before and this has a huge impact on our daily functioning. For blind people, this can be especially true, due to the non24 disorder. On today’s show, we will discuss sleep habits—good and bad, and find out what your recipes are for a great night in the sack! No, not that kind of night!
We will also play tunes with sleep, dream, or wake in the title or lyrics and take your requests as always. In “Food for Thought” we will fix a tempting dish guaranteed to keep you awake, so bring a cup of chamomile tea and your teddy bear.
