I'm taking a break from loading the Mushroom Flyer with birthday provisions to bring you another jolly old Mosen Explosion. First, my sincere thanks to uncle Dean for taking such good care of the show last week with all that talk about school days when I was stricken! Stricken I was! But now I'm unstricken and I can't wait to get back on the air.
On the show this week, we'll be doing plenty of looking ahead to our fantastic sixth birthday party, which is shaping up to be our best ever. And I'm going to be doing some totally random stuff with the phone on the show. When I was a kid, I used to love calling up random answering machines, finding out all the cool service numbers at the exchange such as the ones that played strange tones or caused your phone to ring you back after you hung up.
There's not as much fun like that around these days, but this weekend, we are gonna have some awesome fun with the phone. Squee.
My lovely Bonnie is here with her bulletin, we'll be telling you our customer service story from hell, and there'll be plenty of room for your requests, musings and stuff.
I'm now on at 6 AM NZ time due to the time change, so please be there and wake me, at 2 PM Eastern, 7 PM UK, only on the delightfully audacious Mushroom FM.
