After you've enjoyed The Variety Vault with Paul Merrell, Wednesday afternoon from 2 to 4 PM, don't touch that dial, device, PC, Mac, smart speaker or tablet and join me for The Early Years, where and when you'll hear the best music from the first quarter century of Rock with nods to other decades and genres.
I will finish the theme I started five weeks ago, songs about nature, inspired by Earth Day and Earth Month in April. Most of the songs were suggested by my new AI companion, The Muze, which I've talked about in past shows and recommend to any internet radio broadcaster interested in enhancing their program to use. It even offered justifications to support its suggestions. I got to March 1973 last week and WILL finish this theme in 2008. Three songs on this week's show weren't suggested by AI.
Songs about nature will take 3/4 of the show but I'll have time to play two long songs, a theme I haven't visited since November 12, 2025. Both are from the 60s.
You can contact me any time by email at steve at mushroomfm.com with comments about the show and suggestions for future shows.
So join me, Steve Cutway, as I finish songs about nature and play a couple of long songs (even though there are some before that), Wednesday afternoon at 4 PM, where and when I will make musical and magical memories, after The Variety Vault with Paul Merrell, and before Story Untold with PJ Noce. Then stay tuned for The Mosen explosion. The Early Years will replay Friday morning at 7 AM, after Decades in HD with PJ Noce and before The Mosen explosion with Jonathan Mosen, only on Mushroom FM, the home of the fun guys, making four decades of magic mushroom memories.
