After you've enjoyed The Mosen explosion with Jonathan Mosen tomorrow afternoon from 2 to 4 PM, don't touch that dial, device, PC, Mac, smart speaker or tablet and join me for The Early Years, where and when you'll hear the best music from the first quarter century of Rock with occasional nods to other decades and genres.
All the music except one song this week is from the first quarter century of rock as I will continue the theme I began May 7 on my return show, long songs. You'll hear songs from March 1967 to October 1968. This is part 4 of what will be many parts.
But before returning to this theme, I will play three songs for an event that gets under way in Edmonton, Alberta tomorrow evening, the Stanley Cup Playoffs between the Edmonton Oilers and the Florida Panthers. It's bound to be a good series that will be followed from start to finish by millions of Canadians in hope that we can bring the Cup back to Canada for the first time in 32 years.
You can contact me any time by email at steve at mushroomfm.com with comments about the show and suggestions for future shows, particularly long songs.
So join me, Steve Cutway, for The Early Years, tomorrow at 4 PM, where and when I will make musical and magical memories playing hockey and long songs, after The Mosen explosion with Jonathan Mosen and before Story Untold with PJ Noce. Then stay tuned for Your Favourite Blend with Nicki Keck. The Early Years will replay Friday morning at 7 AM, after Decades in HD with PJ Noce and before Your Favourite Blend with Nicki Keck, only on Mushroom FM, the home of the fun guys, making four decades of magic mushroom memories.
