After you've enjoyed The Mosen explosion with Jonathan Mosen tomorrow afternoon from 2 to 4 PM, don't touch that dial, device, PC, Mac, smart speaker or tablet and join me for the return of The Early Years, where and when you'll hear the best music from the first quarter century of Rock with occasional nods to other decades and genres.
I begin with the last song you heard when I said goodbye January 25 as it commemorates the 80th anniversary of Victory In Europe Day, tomorrow in North America and early Thursday morning in Europe. Next I'll play two songs by my favourite group that are appropriate to the return of The Early Years. Then a political commentary in words and music that I hope won't end The Early Years as soon as it returns. And finally, I'll begin a multipart theme I haven't done before, long songs. The earliest one will be 76 years old the same month I will be.
You can contact me any time by email at steve at mushroomfm.com with comments about the show and suggestions for future shows, particularly long songs.
So join me, Steve Cutway, for the return of The Early Years, tomorrow at 4 PM, where and when I will make musical and magical memories, after The Mosen explosion with Jonathan Mosen and before Story Untold with PJ Noce. Then stay tuned for Your Favourite Blend with Nicki Keck. The Early Years will replay Friday morning at 7 AM, after Decades in HD with PJ Noce and before Your Favourite Blend with Nicki Keck, only on Mushroom FM, the home of the fun guys, making four decades of magic mushroom memories.
