After you've enjoyed Decades in HD with PJ Noce tomorrow afternoon from 02:00 PM to 05:00 PM, don't touch that dial, device, PC, Mac, smart speaker or tablet and join me for The Early Years, where and when you'll hear the best music from the first quarter century of Rock with occasional nods to other decades and genres.
It's all from one year of that first quarter as I return to the theme I started three weeks ago, songs that didn't make the top 100 of 1964. Two weeks ago, all of the songs I played were from January. This week, I'll get to March and although 1964 will be 61 years ago rather than 60 next week, I'll continue this theme then as I have lots of 1964 songs to play that I think are worth hearing.
You can contact me any time by email at steve at mushroomfm.com with comments about the show and suggestions for future shows.
So join me, Steve Cutway, for The Early Years, when I make musical and magical memories remembering 1964 songs that didn't make the top 100 of the year, tomorrow afternoon at 05:00, after Decades in HD with PJ Noce and Before Snow White FM with The Snowman. Then stay tuned for Dan Sweeney's One Hit Wonders, this week featuring Christmas one hit wonders from 1955 to 1985, followed by his #1 Music show, playing #1 songs on the Billboard hot 100, hot country and R&B charts this time of year from 1960-89. The Early Years replays Wednesday morning at 07:00 AM, after Deep dive with Graeme Innes and before A Mushroom FM Request Stop while Anthony enjoys a vacation, only on Mushroom FM, the home of the fun guys, making four decades of magic mushroom memories.
