Deep Dive breaks its usual pattern during the Christmas season. We share Christmas music from a range of artists, mainly Australian. We also share some of the ways Christmas is celebrated in the southern hemisphere, where the cold and snow is replaced by heat, and a quick dip in the swimming pool.
You can expect anything from Santa's sleigh being pulled by kangaroos to the enjoyment of a glass of white wine in the sun.
Tune in at the usual time of 4 PM Eastern Monday, which is 8 AM Tuesday in most of Eastern Australia. This will be in our regular time slot, and a one hour programme.
But wait, there's more! on 10 PM Christmas eve Eastern, which translates to midday Christmas day in most of Eastern Australia, we'll be in your ears for two hours of Aussie Christmas entertainment.
Just give that SmartSpeaker of yours a hearty ho, ho, ho and tell it to play Mushroom FM, and you will be there faster than that red-nosed reindeer can find his way in the fog.
Deep Dive is the programme where we focus on one artist for one hour, except at Christmas time. At Christmas time the focus turns to Christmas. And the programme is heard exclusively on Mushroom FM, home of the ho ho ho fun guys.
Join us there! it's a fun way to celebrate the season and learn about some very different Aussie Christmas traditions.
