Once again, I recorded The Song Remembers When much later than I wanted to. This worked out fine however, because it gave my husband, Mark, a chance to play with Suno AI and write a theme song for the show! If you tune in, you'll be able to hear this theme for the first time, and provide your comments. What do you think of it? Catchy? Fun? Horrible? An ear worm? You decide! @melissa@social.mushroomfm.com or melissa@mushroomfm.com. I look forward to hearing your reactions. I also share many more Christmas favorites, provide a tribute to my Dad, on what would have been his 82nd birthday, and, of course, play some humorous Christmas songs as well.
Next Sunday, on New Years Eve, i will be bringing you musical memories from top 100 year end countdowns of my youth. You all know how much I love countdowns, and my enjoyment of them definitely started because of the countdowns we listened to every New Years Eve. I'll share memories of recording various songs from the radio, New Years traditions for my family when I was growing up, and what the Riccobonos will be doing this December 31st.
Do you have new years stories or requests? Please be in touch.
I hope you'll ask Alexa or Google to play Mushrom FM, tune in on the web, or listen with your favorite radio app on your phone or Victor Reader Stream. As always, I appreciate you!
