'Say What?!" on The Song Remembers When

For this week's show, I need your help! The theme is "Say What?!" That means I'm going to feature songs you, or someone you know, misunderstood in some way. It could be a misunderstanding of the lyrics, but it could also be a complete misunderstanding of the message of the song itself. If you have a song that fits this theme, please let me know as soon as possible. You can email me
Melissa@mushroomfm.com
or toot me on Mastodon
@Melissa@social.mushroomfm.com
Then please listen on Sunday, October 15 from 4-6 pm eastern, or Thursday, October 19, from 5-7 am Eastern, to see if your song made the cut! You can listen in all of the usual ways: ask Alexa or Google to play Mushroom FM, use TuneIn or some other radio app on your smart phone, or click on

Let's have fun with this topic! I can't wait to hear from you.
Also, thanks to all those who have donated to the Patterson Park Public Charter School trip abroad fund. If you would still like to donate, it's not too late!
