Hello! Sara Hillis here, back from my crazy novelling weekend with a brand new episode of Come by the Hills, Mushroom FM's Folk and Celtic music show! We've got a teaser from the upcoming release of the second volume of archival recordings from Joni Mitchell, a very interesting "Celtic Cover" of The Ballad of Lucy Jordan which I found purely by chance, some news about the upcoming Definitive Edition boxed set of Loreena McKennitt's breakthrough album, The Visit, which is coming out later this month, and as usual, three hours of amazing music! Best of all, perhaps, the Mushroom FM "Come by the Hills" Hangout is back on Clubhouse! It's a chance to learn just what it's like to produce a live show while at the same time having fun conversation. The show itself won't be piped into the room, I'm afraid, but the chat is always great fun! Check it out while you're listening to the show at: https://www.clubhouse.com/event/PGE51bOM.
Catch Come by the Hills live today at 2:00 PM Eastern, or check out the replay on Tuesday at 5:00 AM Eastern. There's also an archive of shows from this calendar year available at http://www.mushroomfm.com/sarahillis. However and whenever you listen, I hope you'll enjoy!
