Affter you've enjoyed the last Mushroom FM Request stop tomorrow afternoon from 02:00 to 05:00 in place of Mosen At Large, don't touch that dial, device, PC, Mac or smart speaker and join me in The Early Years where and when you'll enjoy the best music from Rock and Roll's Golden Age (its first quarter century) with an occasional nod to other decades and genres.
It's a narrow musical window this week spanning only 20 years from 1966-86 as I continue the theme begun in the first hour last week, songs about friends and friendship, inspired by the guest introduction by my long-time friend, Robert A. in Sherwood Park, Alberta, Canada. You'll hear same title different song pairs, tripplets and quadruples, as well as a version comparison or two including some songs I hope you haven't heard either before or in a long time.
You can contact me any time by email at steve at mushroomfm.com with comments about the show and suggestions for future shows.
So join me, Steve Cutway, in The Early Years, tomorrow afternoon at 05:00 for more songs about friends and friendship, after A Mushroom FM Request Stop in place of Mosen At Large which will return next week, and before Dan Sweeney's One Hit Wonders. The show replays Wednesday morning at 07:00 AM after Deep Dive with Graeme Innes and before Anthony Unleashed with Anthony Horvath, only on Mushroom FM, the home of the fun guys, making four decades of magic mushroom memories!
