From this Saturday 26 December, Saturday at the Described Movies will go from two hours to four hours each week.
This means from midnight on the 26th of December and every four hours afterwards, it will be nothing but audio described movies.
This is not a one-time special, but a permanent feature on Mushroom Escape.
We will now be able to bring you longer movies, and in some cases two movies each week.
You will still continue to have the opportunities to catch each film every four hours.
To accommodate the change, the blog post each week will contain the file length instead of the actual length of the movie.
This will hopefully help those who may not be keen on the first film, but wish to catch the second.
To also make it easier, the longer running film will always play first.
I know many listeners to Saturday at the Described Movies will look forward to this and so do I.
As always if you have any questions or requests, e-mail:

I’d like to finish off this post by thanking everyone for tuning into Saturday at the Described movies, as its popularity has meant we’ve been able to make the change.
I wish everyone a happy and safe holiday season, and keep an eye out for the first blog post under the new format in a couple of days.
