The group harmony of the fifties and early sixties evokes feelings of joy, romance, humor, brings back memories of youth and falling in love. The harmony enhanced by the bass foundation and some improvisation, the falsetto tenor and the chord structure probides the mood and set the scenery. We think of riding in cars, walks in the park, holding hands and falling head over heels with that special someone. Join me on the Doo-wop Corner Sundays from 6: to 8: PM. ET and Saturdays from 4 to 6 AM. ET. Send your e-mails and requests to michael@mushroomfm.com
