I'm very excited to announce that this week on Damo's All Day Breakfast, I'll be joined by Celebrity Bush Cook Ranger Nick from

Ranger Nick is widely regarded as the Guru of camp oven cooking. He has written three books on the subject, is a regular at many outdoor cooking shows, and is a regular guest on TV and radio here in Australia. He also holds the Guinness World Record for the world's longest damper.
I first met Ranger Nick a couple of years ago, when I started out with camp oven cooking. Since then he has been a regular source of cooking inspiration and advice to me, so I am looking forward to sharing his story, and some of his knowledge with you on the show. We may even be able to talk through a recipe or two.

The show airs live on Friday from 4 PM U.S. Eastern, that's 9 PM in the U.K. and 6 AM Saturday morning on the east coast of Australia. If you miss the show live it will be replayed on Sunday from 3 AM U.S. Eastern, 8 A.M. in the UK, and 5 PM in Eastern Australia.
