After you've enjoyed The Mosen Explosion, don't touch that device and join me for The Early Years where you'll enjoy the best music from Rock and Roll's Golden Age (its first quarter century) with an occasional nod to other decades and genres.
Well, I turned 70 on Monday and I'm no worse for the wear, at least so far. In hour 1, I'll play two songs for Halloween (this is the closest weekend to it after all), finish the top 10 of 1949, and play a memorable song that didn't make the 1949 top 30, and end the hour with a song that sums up what I've been doing for the past two shows and why.
In hour 2, I will begin my next theme suggested by a listener, "Seconds". If an artist's first song reached #1, what did their second song do?
You can contact me any time by email at steve@mushroomfm.com with comments about the show and suggestions for future shows; and anything else you want to talk about as well.
So join me, Steve Cutway, in The Early Years, for Hallowene, 1949 and early 50s music, tonight at 06:00 PM, after The Mosen Explosion and before Snow White FM. The show replays Wednesday morning at 07:00 AM, before Anthony Unleashed, only on Mushroom FM, the home of the fun guys, making four decades of magic mushroom memories!
