August 21 is an auspicious day! Not only is it Bonnie Mosen's birthday, but it is also the third anniversary of the first episode of Mushroom Fm's premier Celtic music show, Come by the Hills! So, this Sunday, we'll be reflecting and remembering, playing music that got me interested in the Celtic sound in the first place (almost 25 years ago now), and generally having an awesome time!
It was always a dream of mine to host a Celtic Folk show on the radio, and thanks to Mushroom Fm, I've been living that dream for three years now! So, we're going to have a bit of a party this week to celebrate.
Join the festivities on Sunday at 8:00 PM Eastern, or catch the replay on Friday at 4:00 AM Eastern, 9:00 AM in the UK and Ireland. There will also be an archive available after Sunday's airing of the show at http://www.mushroomfm.com/sarahillis. However and whenever you listen, enjoy, and have fun!
