Join me for The Early Years where you'll enjoy the best variety of music from Rock and Roll's Golden Age (its first quarter century) with an occasional nod to other decades including music from before the rock era.
Happy Easter to those who celebrate it.
Jonathan Mosen, founder and owner of Mushroom FM, which makes it possible for us Fun Guys to entertain you and for you to enjoy what we do, turns 50 years young on Wednesday. His birthday celebration, begun on The Mosen Explosion, continues, as I begin my multipart countdown of the top 100 of 1969. You'll hear songs that I'll bet you haven't heard in a long time if ever, and songs that were on the chart the day he was born.
You can contact me any time by e-mail at steve@mushroomfm.com with comments about the show and suggestions for future shows.
So join me, Steve Cutway, in The Early Years, as I celebrate Jonathan Mosen's 50th birthday with part 1 of the top 100 songs of 1969, tonight at 06:00 PM, after the Mosen Explosion birthday party and before Sara's tribute to John Barley Corn. The show replays Wednesday morning at 07:00 AM, before Anthony Unleashed, only on Mushroom FM, the home of the fun guys, making four decades of magic mushroom memories!
Happy birthday, Jonathan, from Mushroom FM's oldest fun guy. You'll never catch me.
Home of the Fun Guys!
