Regular listeners to The Early Years know that I play the best variety of music from the 50s and 60s including music from before the rock era which is generally accepted as starting in 1955.
The New Year's Eve edition of The Early Years, tonight at 6 PM Eastern, replayed Wednesday morning at 7 AM Eastern, is a special one that I really enjoyed putting together. You will hear the number one song for each year from 1950 to 1970. I'll also salute Canada as our Sesquicentennial year draws to a close and remember the Best Picture from 1961 that everyone should see.
So join me, Steve Cutway, for The Early Years New Year's Eve edition, tonight at 6 PM Eastern, before Come By The Hills with Sara Hillis. If you miss the show tonight, catch its replay Wednesday morning at 7 AM Eastern, on Mushroom FM, the home of the fun guys, making four decades of musical mushroom memories.
And may I take this opportunity to wish you a Happy New Year and thank you for listening to The Early Years throughout 2017. I hope Mushroom FM will continue to be your entertainment choice in 2018 and I very much look forward to being a part of it.
